Originally from Connecticut, Dylan Essertier is a freelance writer based between New York City and Dubai. She currently contributes to The CoveteurWSJ Magazine, as well as works as Travel + Leisure’s Middle East correspondent, traveling the world to report on the latest hospitality trends. Previously, Dylan worked as the Features Editor and Integrated Marketing Manager for Savoir Flair, the Middle East’s largest English online fashion and lifestyle publication, where she oversaw Savoir Flair’s culture category, as well as conceptualized and produced interviews with key designers and fashion personalities, including Carolina HerreraMario TestinoDiane Von Fürstenberg, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Prior to relocating to Dubai, Dylan worked in digital strategy for couturier Elie Saab in Beirut, Lebanon, and before that began her career in New York City in Communications.
